How to use 9-1-1

1. Dial 9-1-1.
2. Tell the dispatcher whether you need police, fire, or medical assistance and what happened.
3. Give the exact address or location, including landmarks and directions if needed.
4. Provide your name and callback number when requested.
5. Stay on the line and follow the dispatcher's instructions.
